TWOAND8 is built on a D.I.Y. ethos, relying on our own resources, hard work and skills as much as possible in bloody minded self-determination. Our roots are firmly buried in BMX and we all ride, its our passion. It doesn’t end there though, our interests go deep elsewhere, I guess cos we’re a pretty obsessive bunch. Art, photography, skateboard culture, rock’n'roll, design, Volkswagens and lots of parties. yeah yeah yeah.

ROOTS
TWOAND8 was formed when BMX Racer Chico Hooke started selling a few t-shirts and caps from the boot of his car at races and comps. Since then it has evolved to be more than just a t-shirt company. Really its more of a lifestyle thing and I know that’s a cliché but well, we think its true. TWOAND8 is more like a community than anything else, a collective of people who like the same sort of stuff, its as simple as that.

As a ‘company’ TWOAND8 is a small affair run by a few friends who do it simply for something to do. Its a creative outlet on many levels and basically a diversion from real work. There is nothing serious about what we do, although we have to say that we are really proud of what we have achieved so far. The main thing is that its good ol’ fashioned fun (for the most part!).
