Trails and Ales

September 10th, 2009 | Posted in Art, BMX

I’ve got a bunch of artwork in a group show at the Vaad Gallery (the Custard Factory) in Birmingham from the 11th September. The theme is Wonderland and I used my own little wonderland, the trails for the inspiration behind my submission.  I did over 20 original drawings and paintings of stuff from down the jumps, just for fun. Hope you like em. They’re for sale and there’s also some giclee prints avaiable too. Get to the show or email for more details. savage

Craig Stevens 4Life

Craig Stevens 4Life

Craig and Martyn are away on the Ride Road to Glory Trip (as part of the Profile team) at the moment, bad news is that Craig dislocated his shoulder and cant ride no more. Rubbish. There’s some funny photos and a blog about the trip so far here…

Craig stepped up to one of the challenges of the trip and got himself this tattoo, savage

This is all over the net right now but if you know anything about BMX it should make you laugh, so funny. Van Homan will save us!

LOST TRAILS DOG!

China - Lost trails Dog from Bristol

China - Lost trails Dog from Bristol

Tom Free’s little dog ‘China’ (as featured in this months Ride Magazine) went missing from our trails on Monday night (13/07/09). She is old, pretty blind and cant move too fast so she couldn’t have got far (we had a good look around the spot).  We figure she must have been picked up and taken care of by someone so we’re now desperate to track her down and get her back home with Tom.  If you know of a little dog found in South Bristol / Ashton please get in touch (use the contact page on the site).

Also, huge congratulations to Toby Forte and Jess for completing their cycle to Morocco. We went out for diner the other day and caught up with Toby’s tails from the trip. Sounds amazing….and hard work! for more details and donation see the previous posts.
